Actually, the Whoop is a brilliant bit of kit but sometimes it is out of sync with reality. As soon as I started to swim, despite the above report, I knew I was tired and wouldn't be pushing for speed. It just shows that the on board computer sometimes knows best! (In case anyone is interested)
