My name is Sherrie and I am married, no children except for our pets. I will be 45 this June and I pretty much gave up on trying to take care of myself, until now. I actually enjoy working out, plus I needed to start exercising again since I haven't done anything for 6 years. So I am ready and happy plus motivated to lose alot of this weight.
