I rarely stay on a diet (or "healthy lifestyle") for an entire day. So, a small challenge will be help. Hope so, cause this thing says I joined in 2014. However, I know I started way back when I had a blackberry. That would have been about 2008...

-60-year-old female living in Florida Panhandle.
-Always been an overeater, but packed it on in my 40s, w/no regular exercise.
-Several injuries related to working in the field--tripping on vines lead to ripped cartilage in the hand; repeated impacts lead to bone necrosis of the hand. More cartilage and muscle rips result in persistent pain.
