BF's getting out today! Found out last night, completely crashed out soon after. No walk, no swim, did some weights but nothing serious. I was just relieved and exhausted. Went to bed at 9. Woke up almost late this morning. You don't always realize how these things affect you. I am so grateful this seems to have resolved.

Not worrying about the below, although when I looked back at January, I was trending up on calories for the month so that's going to have to go down just a little. My hip flexors are tight, have been doing some stretching, might take ten minutes at lunch to do some more, besides the swimming and the walking, I'm sure all the sitting from work is not helping and I'm probably more stressed than I realize.

Blob is a little down (sounds like it's sad - good), muscle is holding, still way over where I started from on muscle and still wearing the size 8 and 10 jeans. Once I got past the initial fear about hurting my back again, I progressed pretty quickly. I still have to be careful on twisting movements (like pulling the cord on a lawnmower motion) but the strength is coming back.

After a cold and cloudy day, I walked into my bedroom and was confused by this strange pink light. Turns out it was the sunset, and while my phone does it absolutely no justice, it was spectacular.
