I've been under the weather for a few days so haven't been posting. A pic of a bowl of tomato basil soup straight out of the can isn't too exciting. I haven't had a big appetite so I have been eating fewer calories. I'm still starting the day with a healthy breakfast but lunch & dinner have been light.
I think tonight will be more soup....maybe a sandwich. For some reason something cooked with ground beef sounded good so I had Hubby add that to the list when he was replenishing the fresh fruit supply today.
I've been reading, watching some TV and getting rest. The Christmas decorations are still up. I had planned to start packing them up on Monday but I'll start when I feel more energetic.
