Thanks Kat & Sherry❣️COVID has changed things but I refuse to let things, I can't control, bother me. I control what I can namely, minimize contact with others, what I put in my mouth, when I exercise, sleep and to ignore everything else. It's much simpler when you do this.

I am vigilant about the process of logging food, exercise and weight/biometrics and when trends change I adjust. Unwanted uptrend only happened once this year so it's been pretty smooth. Lots of data can calm the mind if you look at the graphs properly.

Thx melissa❣️Suffering is not sustainable but altering WOE is. My plan is to reduce carbs, get a little cardio, portion control, CICO. Yesterday was not my best effort with zero cardio and some tortilla chips @9:30p. And what I learned is, it's ok to have an off day here or there as long as you don't have them back-to-back-to-back. 😄
