I am trying to work out how to put Spotify on my iPod. I never take my phone to the gym but that looks like the easier option. Should be getting on with some work really but this is more fun!

Anne you can get those slim waist running bags to put your phone in. Spotify it is very likely to require upgrade . I pay 9.99 a month but I just can’t livewithout it now 😅

My new leggings all seem to have a big pocket on the leg. So, if I can bluetooth my headphones to my phone I am good to go! Thanks for the inspo/input, Pcrav. That will do me another 10 years in the gym.

It is a cliché but age is just a number. My colleague is 64 and she is healthier and more active than me. She does full push ups no problem. I love to see people breaking the stigmas and be an inspiration to others, including myself
