Light Dinner: Keto Crackers and Boursin Cheese. 195 Calories; 3.82g Net Carbs; 3.6g Fiber; 16.08g Fat. ANNNNNND, it tastes good! I think I may have discovered three secrets to my recent accellerated weight loss!

1. Instead of "If You Bite It, Write It," I've been doing, "Write It BEFORE You Bite It!" That way, there are no surprises, and I can make sure I stay precisely within my RDI for calories.

2. I haven't watched ANY television! Everyone knows that whenever you're watching television, you're supposed to be EATING, right? At least, that's the way I've always done it.

3. "Working" here on the FatSecret site has become pretty much of a full-time job for me lately. It's really hard to eat while I'm TYPING all day!

Whatcha think? Could any/all of those be responsible for me having lost 9.5 pounds since March 1st? If they ARE, I'm gonna bottle it and sell it! Maybe write a book!

that's an awesome accomplishment! I have noticed that the more TV I watch the more i crave bad things, because of all the fast food or fast casual chain commercials. Definitly better things to do than watch the tube!

I have been following your posts. You are doing so well and so determined to reach your goal. There is alot of noise on FS dont let it distract you. You are responsible for you. We all have at sometime in the past tried to follow the diet of the decade, what our friends were doing, what someone someone somewhere whether on tv, a newspaper, or the internet thought we should do. Food is such a vital part of our health. Nourish your body and use your calories wisely. Go Deb!

I cut out TV more than 10 yrs ago; unfortunately, TV time got replaced by Internet time. Still, it is hard to indulge in snacking, with a laptop on your lap.
