Been a really bumpy two weeks. My father passed away suddenly on June 7th, the stress of that and the family have been pretty overwhelming. Probably going to be another two weeks of visitors and settling of estate issues before things get back into a routine. The good thing is that I haven't been eating my feelings. Rather, I'm just not really into it, which is good because I haven't been good about exercising either. Just too much to do. I know I have to make myself a priority again, but I'm trying to preserve the relationship with my brother who is very angry with my dad and taking it out on me - no, i'm not playing the victim, I'm trying to avoid nuclear war by striking back. It's just a crazy time. Hunker down, ride out the storm.
