Well, it’s much easier to eat less when you don’t move, can’t smell and have to get out of bed. I’m better, but not 100%. Did get up and take a shower, looked at emails, decided that’s enough and will resume napping shortly. Think I’d better walk the dogs to the end of the street so they don’t lose their minds.
