Hopefully today you pee it all out! LOL I went out last night and had a 32 oz Margaritta, chips & salsa & chimichanga's. The scale was not pretty this morning. Finally went out with family to celebrate my 60th! Sent you a PM!

Writingwyo fs says my sodium was under 2000 which is still less than 2400 the fda recommends but looks like im usually around 1200-1500 so maybe? Def was not calories but still 2 pounds? 3dox-thats what im hoping for

It's not as linear as people often think, YOH. Mine is more consistent when I eat more consistently, but it can jump up and down a little. It's normal, and I usually try not to get too wrapped up in one day's reading. Deep breaths, my dear. Try not to take any single day's reading to heart too much. You've had a lot of success, so you know what works and you know how to do it 👍

Daily fluctuations are normal, and could be a million different things. If you weigh yourself everyday, a weekly average is more accurate of your true weight.
