Well woke up at 3:30 am and could not go back to sleep. Walk to trainer at 9 am for 10 am training session so thats probably going to suck since i have not been able to sleep. Other than that fabulous! How did you break your tooth?

Broke it on a "pitted" date that wasn't. Argh! I'll be more careful from here on out. Have a pretty serious date habit. So sorry about the sleep! That waking up too early thing is so draining. You hang in there. Hugs, gal 🤗

Hugs back at ya. So so sorry about the tooth. I passed out after surgery last September and landed on the left side of my nose eye and mouth. Knocked one of my front teeth clean sideways. Fortunately i have a permanent retianer behind the top four teeth so didnt knock it out and orthodontist was able to mostly move it back in place and it did not die but i need invisilign for about six months just dont want to pay for it yet. Dental work is spendy
