I went to the doctor yesterday and I seem to be hovering in the high 150’s. I’d like to see a lower number on the scale, but my clothes fit and I’m not going up in weight, so that’s positive.
MRI results concluded that I have a Medial Meniscus/Cartilage tear in my left knee with a 7 cm baker cyst that’s creating fluid. My next step will be a referral to a specialist to find out whether I will need surgery.
