Yup doubled up on the walks😂. Also started drinking fruit smoothies last few days and im always deficient in fruit so wondering? Or combo. And I’ve cut my calories back down to under 1000 for a couple days. Thanks girls🥰

Thanks Swayneman and mortician!!!! Wifey, im in adrenal failure, post menopausal and mtfhr gene mutation all which makes my metabolism like sludge. It’s what i had to do for first 8 months or so of weight loss. Ive been trying to bump up to 1200 but then i stall. Im super close. Final goal is around 135 then hopefully i can have 1200 or even 1300 at maintenance. It sucks!!! Trying to balance protein with low calories is like a jigsaw puzzle. Thank you for caring. Im trying to be careful. Its not a healthy way to lose weight i dont recommend it unless no other way

Jb-blindingly???? That would be some kind of fun hot. I read your reply and i replied to your reply. Haha. But i did. Yup the 5 lbs for dinner out or vacation variations seems like a great idea. When i was really young i was 128 and didnt ever think about my weight..that started at around 17. Wish i could go back to the before where i didnt think about weight, fat, skinny, muscles and food was just for when you were hungry. Headcase i am.

Probably not more than two pounds i would guess — it’s probably not as bad as i feel like it is but the arms. Imagine this. Grab a handful of tummy on either side of your hips ad thats about what i have loose there. I posted a pic of my arms a couple months ago on my journal

Yeah, YOH, I saw the picture and I definitely have seen much worse. You are certainly more critical of yourself and self-conscious. I was just thinking maybe you will be in the position to maintain instead of trying to lose that extra five pounds of "wiggle room." At 73, I feel like I have way worse! 💕 You look great!

Janie i honestly dont know what it weighs. That would be awesome though!!! 73 is the same as 50 these days my friend. Im probably self conscious because i was always pretty fit (not a rockstar like cheesy or super or diablo) but fairly fit and my hubs is 44 and super fit. We used to work out together for about the first 8 years till i got sick and obese which is most of the past 8 years. So there’s a little bit of that. Trying to be who i used to be if that makes sense.
