I think this increase in weight was just a delay from the Thanksgiving holiday. Although having said that I've never seen this number (159) on the scale before so that's sad. Got get back on track for sure. Also my Mom was in the hospital yesterday due to severe breathing trouble secondary to the flu. Prior to that though she had severe diarrhea that she somehow tracked all over the house and yours truly got to clean. I've been in a nightmare since Saturday. If anyone is considering getting a flu shot--it could save your life this year. The Influenza A strain is serious. I'm hoping I don't get it now since I've been her nurse for the past couple of days, but I had gotten the vaccine.

Hope I get some type of exercise in too for this week...
