I have maintained at 1500 cals a day. 35% carbs. 40% fat. 25% protein. Not happy with the fat and protein amounts but I am not recording this month so will just have to take my chances.

All good at the gym and pool (except for a couple of heid the ba's in the fast lane who just shouldn't be in there but that's another story!)

Oh Scalie, feel free to vent here any time. There was a slow breaststroker in the fast lane yesterday. I caught him every 5 lengths and he wouldn't give way even after I asked him. Gggrrrr. Not relaxing at all.

OOh Paul, I can only dream of 3400 calories a day, and often do!! I have tried to up protein but seem to have ended up upping fat instead. Weird.

Thanks, HumpT. Hair is usually tied up or wet on here! The top is an ancient Nike tennis top. They don't do them anymore. Boo!!
