Sitting on a call 10 minutes in and no one is talking, so figured I'd get this out of the way. Day 19, non-swimming sustained average heart rate at 134 for 19 minutes. having a hard time focusing at work this week, feel like I could use a sanity day, but there's always so much going on.
blob up, muscle up, water holding which is funny because I did a terrible job with my water yesterday, only drank 1/2 of what I normally do.
and away we go... onwards!
