Screwed up and had a cup of coffee and a couple bites of egg before I realized I forgot to weigh. oh well. Numbers are skewed because of that. No biggie. My guess is that it's actually about 1/4 lighter, not more.
Walked 2.5 miles yesterday with Shasta alone. She's turned into a fabulous dog. Current regimen with Hogan is to keep him crated/still most of the time for two weeks except for bathroom breaks. I was stressed about it, but his meds totally chill him out so it's not so bad. reminds me of my housemates in college.
The walk was just a walk, I can only get my heart rate up so much without running and that's not going to happen with these knees. Trying to work myself out of this weird emotional place I'm in. Weekend rules, enjoy the day.
