2.5 miles last night because I got a package notification when we were at the park and we had to rush back. c'est la vie there. did get the package.
day three of the experiment. doing a terrible job of getting into and holding tier 3. it's funny as that's both good and bad. I'll likely lose the game, but I'm pushing just to get out of zone 2. it's a good problem to have though. pool sprints are the best place to get there.
muscle up, blob down, water holding. busy day. trying to finish a work project out today. fun.
travel coming up for work. that's going to be a little weird. at least no one else has traveled in a couple years either. difference between work travel and vacation is the grind. up early, stay late, possible redeye depending. haven't missed that, but necessary from time to time.
