Well, hello again, pizza. Good example of water retention as a sodium sensitive person who ate 1800mg of sodium two days in a row. I didn't realize it was that high until just now when I looked it up, I just knew I chugged two twenty oz things of water after our walk last night without realizing how thirsty I was. Awareness, not excuses. Today will be more normal with respect to food although we are going out for fish. More sunshine and boats!
Worked in the yard most of yesterday, cleared the stinging nettles that have popped up so far, not sure why grass grows better between my pavers and bricks than in the dirt in the yard.
Walked last night for 2.47 miles, watched the ISS 🛰 in the middle of the big park, even got it on camera near the moon. it just looks like a star next to the moon, but I know what it is. We get three more nights of this. Yay! Our overall speed is down, as is my VO2, but it's just Miss Sadie slowing down. I'm just glad she's able to go with us. Poor little thing is shivering this morning so I wrapped her up in a blanket like a burrito next to be on the couch. She's much happier now.
It was so clear last night, it was crazy. I tried, looks nothing like it does in real life. I can see a cruise ship off the coast with my naked eye, but it looks like a blob in pics so I won't bother.
Might weigh later in the day as a matter of curiosity, but probably won't post.
