I am not tracking or weighing in today, because it’s our anniversary and that’s it for celebrations for January. 🧁🍰 I renewed my hubby for another season.😁
Tomorrow, I’ll start tracking and weighing in again. As they say, if your dog is too fat, then your not getting enough exercise. 😄
I know I have a big gain in store for me.😞
Self-discipline is the way to go, if you really want to lose weight, all you need to do is track calories, exercise, and get that water in! You would think easy, right? Yet, dieting is not a piece of cake. 😆
