Really not sure what's up here except the big number. Yes, I ate spaghetti with meatballs, but I divided it into three portions, I spent the day running up and down the ladder and cleaning the house. Didn't spend much time sitting at all except for the laundry exercise. Did not walk last night, I let the day get away from me, but I did decorate the back side of the house for my own viewing pleasure since it gets dark so quickly. I logged 95% of my food. I'm actually trying to think back if there was anything else, nothing's hitting me. Life goes on.

Not going to freak out, just go back to normal and maybe cut portions back a little for the next couple of days. Water is also up, so I'll drink more. I guess it some of it could be from carrying boxes up and down the ladder. Anyways, logging for my own accountability. I should note that I'm wearing my normal jeans, there was no wriggling, screaming, tearing or crying getting into them and I am breathing on my own. And sitting in a chair at the moment - breathing. So there you go.

It's official, it's Monday. I have a zit on the end of my nose. Really. So unamused.

Yeah just keep moving forward. I haven’t really been logging my food either for the last week. I am back on it now too. I haven’t stepped on the scale though, guess I’m not as brave as you.

lol - Katsolo - I hope that you have a good day today. I believe that you just logged the weight for the spaghetti and meatballs - that is a hard dish to digest and it is still in there (for 3 days) - that kind of food has huge energy power - and from the sound of your extremely busy days - you need that energy. I do hope that your nose heals soon.

My weight goes all over the place. I do not lose in a straight line. Maybe none of us do! It’s disheartening, but at 66 I no longer have a monthly friend , messing with my weight. That’s one thing I don’t have to worry about! But I still never know which way the scale will go!! Good thing I don’t have to prove to Dr Now that I am staying on track!!🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
