Hi Penny, a quick question. When you make JP’s pancakes, do you add liquid? His ingredients sound quite dry.

After mixed all the ingredients leaves it aside from 10-15 minutes. If it’s still dry then add some liquid. My first try, I had to add almond milk in it. I made some this morning didn’t need liquid 😊

BTW I was eavesdropping… about your brother. I will be thinking about you and your family. Siblings are precious. I let myself go after the tragic death of my brother a few years ago. It is something I never want you to go through.
