Medium walk last night, goofed around in the yard and at the park, body feels much better than the last week. Stomach quit feeling uncomfortable after I eat, but going to continue to take it easy on what I'm eating later in the day. Just a whole weird thing.Blob down, muscle sad, but mostly holding and even though I drank 3 bottles of water yesterday, it's down. Go figure. I'm going to hit the cable machine and weights before our walk tonight. Don't like the muscle mass going down. This is the beauty of the smart scale, as imperfect as it may be. If I didn't know I was losing muscle, I'd just be focused on the scale number itself. That's not what I want. I want to stay strong and fit over the rest of it. Pretty happy at the moment.
