Taking dogs for a walk first thing after we eat breakfast. I need to get my daily steps up before I lose my habit. I think things are finally getting to me. I looked around for other jobs last night. First time in a long time and not seriously, just assessing the landscape. Normally, I know I have it pretty good, but this year is just wearing me out. It's never done, taking a toll across the board. Last time I did this, I picked up and moved 2000 miles on a whim in less than a month. Harder with a mortgage, but stranger things have happened. I do love where I live and I love my job most of the time. I love working from home. Just tired right now and too many other things in my life are getting neglected. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out going forward as far as telecommuting. That's a lot of potential freedom of location. Thinking back this morning, the pizza dough needed more salt. I think that's what was bugging me about it. Followed recipe, but it was a tad too sweet for me. Did the math, I made enough for eight mini pizzas assuming waffle size quantity of the mix at 190 calories, so will divide the rest today and freeze some and maybe ask neighbors if they want some. Wasn't horrible at all, it was good, I just know I can do better. I also like white flour for things like pizza. There's a time and a place for protein and fiber and it's not in my pizza. All that said, this is the first time I used the mini breadmaker for pizza dough and it did a solid job with minimal effort on my part. I started the dough while I was still working and it was ready to go in around two hours. Good to know. Watching numbers this morning, got some work to do there as well. Random thoughts this morning. Supposed to rain, I'm not feeling it. Move along. Onward.

Although my kids will not go into politics I don’t think. Miss S will be playing pro soccer and Miss O will be working at an art gallery. So it’s fine.

Katsolo go for it. This from a guy who never took the chance and has settled at the same place to work for 30+years. Always follow your heart - it knows you better than anyone else. Hope you find what you want. And now you have me wanting 🍕 🙂.

What a wide ride this year has been and is being. I'm glad you are getting out for a walk regularly. I'm sure the pups are grateful and you can clear your head too. Hoping you have clarity and peace as your think about life and any potential changes.
