I feel ya! Been WFH since 3/20/2020. NO Baseball Games, Movies, Swimming, or road trips! Dr.'s visits, and drive-thru's are the most excitement I get these days, and it's driving me crazy!

That’s excellent advice, Kat! I have been advised to breathe multiple times this week myself. And I get the “no” thing too. I need to start saying “yes” or “no” and stop saying “maybe” and “I’ll try”.
