I was thinking l as st night I was having too many sugary snacks...cookies with my hot tea, chocolate with my glass of wine, ice cream for dessert, then jelly beans 😐 I logged them all and didn't really eat a huge amount of any of them, but I think if I'm going to snack it should be less sugar. I don't know why I'm wanting to eat them.

So yesterday's task was cleaning pine straw and small branches off the steps behind our house. We live on the river and we have steps (a lot of steps!) that incorporate 2 decks on the way down to the river. We also have multitudes of White Pines between us & the river. The stairs & decks were covered with debris & now they're not.

We also got in an afternoon walk. I am getting bored with just walking in our neighborhood 😕 I would so love to walk along the trails in the park or around the lake, but they are closed.

I'm feeling a combination of aggravated & bored. I don't feel like cleaning out closets or cleaning my house for that matter. And I feel guilty because I don't really have it that bad. I just want my like back! The newscasters are irritating me but I feel like I need to watch the news at least some of the day.

Oh well....enough whining. Need to go find something to do.

I hear you. Some days feel like that - somewhat grey. Sugar gives a bit of a dopamine rush and makes us feel good. I get the same sort of "reward" from just eating a lot. I guess the trick is to find another activity that makes us feel good but yeah some days that does not happen. It is all good. We are hanging in there
