Please be a little bit more patient, I’m in the same predicament as you. It will get better. Just keep on getting your steps in, and be patient it will happen for you the way you want it.

Carbs? They "artificially" raise your weight as you hold on to water. That happens to me weekly...ups and downs. Also high fiber or high salt may make you draw in water in intestines for temporary "gain". Body is a weird thing. I weigh daily and try to analyze the fluctuations but there are so many factors. But one thing is for sure... it comes down again

It is so irritating, but it is temporary. Two things that cause me to retain fluid are sitting with my feet down for long periods of time and salty foods. I hope your "whoosh" comes soon. Drink, drink, drink to flush it out of your system. 💛💜💚

get a smart scale. I would have lost my mind after all that salty pasta sauce this weekend. and drink a ton of water. I just a good bit of mine, a little to go.

I had over 35 #s of extra water fluids , due to negative reaction to meds, expelled over 20 #s in a week with water pills, I really understand your pain

It happens. Really try not to stress. I've dealt with water retention for yrs. Monthly automatically 15lbs. If it's common for you, you need to figure out what triggers it. Then u can fix it. Much luck. ☺

I know it is hard, but when you consistently meet your RDI goals the scale WILL catch up eventually. Water weight is tricky. The calorie input doesn't lie. XOXO
