I hate when people write breath when they mean to write breathe. I will always concern myself with dates. I have goals, sir. This is my first time not meeting one since starting. So tomorrow I will weigh and measure and record it accurately. If I'm bloated, I'll just have more lost in November... Maybe? 🤷🏻♀️💪🏼

Not a big fan of dates. They taste okay, but sort of a rare treat and not something we have around the house. Wren U R red "E" go ahead and hop on the scale....it's just a number.....I know I've heard that somewhere before.

September 1 I was 193. Today I'm whatever it was. Not even three pounds down but last month I lost seven or eight. I should be 188 today. I'm moving my November 1 goal to 183 instead of 185. There..that'll show me who's boss! Thanks though.
