They are chewy. But I like them as a filler in some dishes. If you get them look for the chaper ones. Somebody had the bright idea to market them as keto and charge a lot for them. How do you prepare them Ms. sexy_keto?

This one is my keto prison pad Thai:
Keto Prison Pad Thai
Prison cuisine is unique in that prisoners are resourceful with what ingredients are available. The basic prison pad thai is made of cooked instant ramen, peanut butter and hot sauce. I ketofied it first, then elevated it. Swipe left ⬅️ Ingredients
14 oz shirataki noodles
2 tbs peanut butter
2 tbs almond milk
Splash of soy sauce
Small splash of sesame oil
Sweetener (optional)
Frank’s hot sauce (to taste)
Additional toppings (optional)
1. Prepare shirataki noodles. Drain, rinse and microwave for a minute. Drain again and heat again.
2. Microwave peanut butter with almond milk for 30 seconds in a small bowl; mix well. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, sweetener and hot sauce.
3. Mix sauce with noodles. Add toppings. Makes 2 servings.

I also make japchae (Korean noodle dish) with it using strips of beef, veggies, green onion, soy sauce, garlic and sesame oil.
