Well thought time to update bio been below goal weight for over a year now , Running 35 miles a week with 30 Miles walking as well.
Fitness has its pitfalls I can now sprint uphills (at least in my mind) but because I a 54 year old ex couch potato my Achilles arn't quite what they should be.
Oct running in Spain up a couple of hills locals call K2 and Cardiac put slight tear in left Achilles so was running long/slow Nov/dec peaked at 145 Miles in a week any way that was getting better up in Yorkshire for Crimbo sprinted up Shipley Glen Climb and tore right achilles :( thats what fitness gets you so been limping one foot or other for 4 months now doesn't stop me running though just slows me down ... Doc says OK to run on them as long as don't ignore pain/take pain killers.
Anyway time for a new goal reckon as running on bals of feet puts 9 times body-weight through Achilles dropping below 70KG should help.
