I'm trying to do exercises that strengthen my core to hopefully also strengthen my lower back. I tore ligaments years ago and still suffer from time to time. Before my injury, I was a runner - so basically that was my exercise. I was lean and could pretty much eat anything without gaining weight.

Years later now, I'm realizing that I'll probably never run again. I just gave up, gave in and got lazy and fluffy. Now I'm determined to get back in shape 🙂

I'm really enjoying this app to log calories and be accountable for my actions, good or bad. I love seeing other people's journey too, not to compare but to confirm we all face our own struggles. We all cook and eat differently. There is so much support on here and humor (I love that). Laughter is a good thing.
