Hi
I am at my almost highest weight ever and not liking it. I started in January and lost 10 pounds up until now. My method is counting calories, but I have not been as strict as I should. My goal for now is 40 more pounds which will still leave me overweight but I'm comfortable there. Hubby is also dieting but we don't make a big deal out of it. I write every day and am on my second small pad each one holding about 2 months worth of counting. If I stick with 1700-1800 a day its doable but not always. Like many my main issue is night snacking. I leave about 400 calories for that which works out if I can make it. Too often I go over. I am not giving up even though I am finding it really hard. That's it for now...more to come later♥♥
So now it is July 2 2019 10 weeks from when I wrote my bio. I am down 10 more pounds for a total of 20. Will be starting on the 4th pad writing down calories every day in a few days.
End of October. Finally passed 20 pound loss that kept going up and down. 21 pounds loss now. I'm going for 1600 calories a day till January so I can get my one year weight loss. 2 pounds a week would be awesome. And the time goes so fast! That would make it 35 down in a year. One week in, I need to keep it going. I get lots of recipes an tips from reading the posts here.
