Mentally, I really hate mornings like this. Not sure what’s going on this morning, but hoping it’s a bunch of fiber from yesterday’s salad that my body will unload at some point. We’ll just leave it at that. Blob up, muscle up, water up. We’ll see where we are tomorrow. Wish I could say I’d eaten a whole cake or something like that, but nope. Did have a broken rowing session where the internet died at 15 minutes and by the time I reconnected to the app, it was time to get dressed and leave for puppy class, but I don’t think that’s it. No long walk, just our mini one in the morning. If nothing else, a reminder to remain vigilant. In other news, found a pillow that’s helping with my knee issue at night, so good news there.

Hate those messages, even weigh they say I am losing at a rapid rate if I report a loss twice in a week. I usually only post losses except for Sunday

I got one of those the other day too. Fluctuations happen. It's frustrating, but I try to focus on the trend rather than the specific number.

Hopefully all came out ok ..😜 I'm in same boat. For me it's all the roughage. .it stays with me way to long .. I'm not weighing every day anymore. I obsess to much. Back to twice a week. Hope fully you'll be back to normal soon! PS I'll be down in SD Feb 1st

that is completely normal. your weight can fluctuate within a few pounds for many reasons. Just keep on track with your plan and it will drop off.
