Didn't weigh in today. Really focusing on my elbows rehab and don't need any more bad news in general. I can manage the gym no bother, but nothing through the arms. Did 500 m short swim. It gave me a 5 out of 10 pain but physio says as long as that backs off to 3 out of 10 within 24 hours I can continue careful re-loading in pool. Neck still a little bit stiff but wearing off! Also doing my physio.

I'm fine really. Suma. Thanks! There was lots of weeping and gnashing of teeth but once I got my act together and made a plan with the physio I have felt much better!

Thanks, Nikina. These chronic injuries can be very frustrating but I see light at the end of the tunnel now and it's not a big train this time!

But it does stop me enjoying the things I like to do, that is the worst part, having to adjust my training and stuff.

Yeah, Hump. Trying to be sensible so as not to prolong the whole thing. Pain remained at 5 out of 10 within 24 hours so no swimming until Wednesday instead of tomorrow. But I can gym tomorrow.

I did try to train at first but I’ve actually made it worse so rest and physio at the moment. I’ve been Bit of an hypocrite always telling others to rest but then I’ve been doing the opposite. Going to be an operation and that can be 9 months of rest 😭I can’t even go running because of the pounding.

hi Anne, hope your better soon. When I retire i shall be going swimming, a d using some of the gym as I have an exercise bike and my hoop. But give yourself praise and a tiny bit at a time, don't push yourself too hard as things start going wrong again. Good luck. Merry Mel 😍

Aww, thanks Booty. Left elbow seems a bit better. Right elbow not so much.....thats the dog walking arm. Must swap them!
