Too much cardio left me with muscle loss with a higher body fat percentage. I lost fat and regained the lost muscle with a proper bulk sponsored by my local bakery. 😁

Btw, this is the same stall. PF had different shower curtains in 2017. I wasn't the best at posing in there yet, but still, you can see the dramatic difference in how lean I am, despite the weight gain.

Yeah, 2017 was when this PF opened in our rinky dink area. 1800 workouts later and here we are lol. It didnt tale that long, I was actually in similar shape in 2019. Probably better. Trying to get there again by age 42.

Princess so funny i didnt even notice the glasses till i read the comments!!! He’s so cute with them! My hubs got lasik about 16 years ago and i thought he looked like the hot librarian or something along those lines but he hated them!!! But he sure does love his perfect vision even today!!!
