So today I tried to put leg press at 190 as per inspiration from supergainz1 the other day and lo and behold no option to add 10 had to go to 200. And guess what happened? I DID IT!!!!!! Surprised my trainer and myself especially as it was after 30 minutes of straight supersets all lunges squats pushups and presses. Thank you supergainz!!!! You pushed me😜 the wonderful thing about fatsecret right?!

Also you are right. There was a lady here who lifted pretty good. I drew good inspiration from her. But I think someone called her a show off or something then she left. People that call other people show offs are really just jealous. As weight lifters this is our work. Like an artist do show their painting. We show our numbers and our build. Nobody calls a musician a show off for singing in front of everybody for them to hear lol it should be taken as inspiration, and I’m glad you took it as such ☝️

I credit/blame it all on supergainz😝. It’s not an actual gym i go to its my physical therapy location that is running a trial with top of the line machines and a trainer that’s called a bridge for people like me who have to be careful of damaging what’s just been repaired. In my case my left hip still needs a full replacement and is full of arthritis, minimal cartilage etc and I’m just trying to make it last. Such a different story than 10 years ago where i felt invincible. Thank you cheese, rpl, Cindy, it’s, kbsjl ad livinbreezy. I was a pretty happy. Matter of fact Tuesday the wall squats were so bad and my right leg was shaking so hard that when i tried to stand up i crashed straight on my bum. You should have seen the look on my face i was so shocked! My trainer laughed and said it was because i was fatigued and refused to lift up during the squat. Didn’t want to make it easier on myself. Have a beautiful night all!

Cheesegobbler84 your talking about ARE /Allegra I miss her she was a great inspiration and gave me amazing advice and pointers diet wise on when to add calories back etc. She was a huge help to me personally and her workout posts were awesome.
