Wisteria, I also believe life happens. Some days you eat a little more. As long as you balance that with eating less on other days, it will be fine.

The healthy habits are what I rely on, since I do them without thinking or giving myself the option of not doing them. But it’s the creation of new habits that’s awkward at first. I make at least one new recipe every week and play around with a new in-season ingredient just to avoid boredom in the kitchen.
