Soooo i finally broke out of the 150’s!!!!! I got my hair done today and decided to try on jeans at the buckle store as my old pairs from before i got so out of shape were a little baggy. Was shocked shocked shocked to find out i now wear a size 26. I think it’s because of all the squats and lunges which i never used to do in my previous gym life.
I feel a little shallow at how happy that made me but super motivating!!!!
I hope i can maintain this mindset!
