Today I did a thirty minute rowing class for the first time in a couple of weeks. Finished ahead of what I’d done previously, but boy, it was a challenge and I was sucking some wind on the all outs. Rower is back out and the treadmill is unfolded. Will keep walking the dogs, but need to push myself so I don’t lose my cardio fitness.
