Hooray! At 220.6, I lost 1.6 pounds this week for a total loss of 38 pounds in 24 weeks (average still 1.58 pounds per week). My BMI has also moved from the “Morbidly Obese” category to “just” Obese. (To move to being just Overweight, I need to be 191 (29.6 more pounds to lose.)

I just found out that on Tuesday we’re going to the house of the couple hosting our Christmas party to take them some chairs. My intent is to take the Franklin Nut Cake and See’s Fudge over then, so I won’t be tempted to eat any more until the party on Saturday. Gotta do whatcha gotta do to succeed.

Knee seems to be a little better this morning, PTL! So glad I pushed through the two painful days to not break my walking streak!

Great work and dedication Debbie! You are moving in the right direction! 👀 📉 I also need to be 191 to fall from "obese" to ONLY "overweight". I was just thinking this morning about when that might happen for me....... my progress is SO SLOW these days...... unlikely to be by Jan 1, but maybe I will shoot for March 3 as that will be my 2 year anniversary on this attempt! Haha! "Attempt"! (There have been so many) We can get this done! Let's GOOOOO! 💪 💯 🌎 🫶 ☘️

WOW @3dkids2, you've already lost over 150 pounds! Now THAT's impressive! If you can do that, you can surely make it to 191 and beyond. Just keep doing what has been working for you. If it stops working, tweak it and move on.
