Weight has been creeping up so I'm going to count calories again for awhile til I'm back to 153, but I'm not happy about it! I have to admit that body image and overall peace of mind were better while not counting calories, but there has just been too much social pressure to eat out and go to the movies in the last few months (where I feel powerless against the buttered popcorn!!!). I hope to get back down and stop counting again. Maybe I'll do one month off one month on? Hmmm.....
