Well, thank you all for your support and suggestions, but I must pass this highly recommended healthy vegetable.
I think the bitterness is deeply ingrained in my brain and I cannot get rid of. Fortunately, you won't see me fighting for it in the market🤣 I’ll leave it to those who enjoy it 😉✌🏼
