Hubby suggested picking up Wings...so Wings & a salad with balsamic vinaigrette for dinner. He asked if I wanted fries but I passed.

I would pass on the fries too. :( Also, I've been laying off of the wings (my faves), bc they're like 100 calories each. I've found that drumsticks, thighs, and breasts are lower in calories. Sad, but true. Wings have all the flavor. Beautiful presentation on beautiful plates from a beautiful person. :)

omg I've never been able to pass on fries yet not even once good job. But I do pass on milk shakes, dessert, and bread or buns I'll get there lol🤷♀️

I passed on the fries mainly because we had tator tots with our meal the night before. I balanced it out with the salad that was good but all veggies with mushrooms & black olives.

I usually swap out t'is for t'at like you did/do on the foods previously eaten the same day or week. I get bored w/the same thing so I tend to "try" to switch things up w/what food group I haven't had yet. It's all good. I luv spuds, but I have given them up for lent. I haven't lost any extra weight. Maybe inches, IDK, but come Easter....Mr. & Mrs. Potato and family will all be on the menu and up for grabs, again. :-P
