All the kit is Nike, Nutri. I always buy Nike bottoms for quality and fit. Tops can be any brand as long as they have a bit of support and cap sleeves. A tip for the ladies.........always wear 2 sports bras if you are doing high impact stuff!

Turbo today go go go👏💪 I’ve managed to add a extra 8Ibs in 8 weeks so hopefully If I keep it up when I my start calorie deficit fingers crossed 🤞 xx
