I think it’s the selective advice I’ve picked up from here that is the major change, keyten. Appreciate it all, but my ears perk up when science is involved. Thank you for the compliment❣️If you’re moving the weight of food from the plate to your mouth that’s work being done❣️ 😆😈 Stretching is great for even body builders, reduces the risk of injuries by increasing flexibility and mobility.

When I was able to zip up dresses with zippers in the back that’s when I knew my life has changed❣️
Being able to get to all of your back is a non scale victory for you, 😈! Makes putting on sunscreen a one man job! ☀️ ☀️ ☀️

Eva, dynamic stretches are great for before exercises❣️Gets the blood and body moving and helps with injury prevention.

Tatauu, thank you. 🥰 I used to not be able to do this but I’m stubborn and kept practicing until I was able to lift off.
Aminul, there are modifications you can do. Like instead of sitting in the lotus position, just cross your legs and use your legs to relieve the weight on your wrists until one day you’re strong enough to lift off. If you have wrist issues or knee problems, avoid this one. 💕💕💕
