Question for the community. There are no "official" rules, just asking for opinions. I've been working on beating my last streak - 45 days of closing my three rings on the watch. I'm on day 37. I haven't eaten anything I'm also sick as a dog to where I left my desk at work and have been curled up in a ball of misery for the past three hours. If I stay relatively still I'm fine, if I move, well, toilet worship. I'm sure I have a stomach bug at this point and I'm not going to walk the dogs or get in my pool for fear I'll spoil it forever.

Here are my options:
1) Start the count over, life happens, accept it
2) Give myself a free pass for today only - unlike the time I was walking and almost passed out a couple years ago - flu, keep the count going
3) Get on the treadmill and zombie walk to 600 activity calories burned

I'm going to hit enter and curl back up for another nap. PS, I never get sick. Until I do.

Nap burns calories and so does vomiting 🤮😫😫😔 give yourself a pass!!!! Get some rest and sips of fluids.

Get some electrolytes - hot bouillon or salty broth, or Pedialyte, or even Gatorade or Powerade.
