I have so little willpower over cake. It’s good to have learned that I can fit it into my CICO and/or put in some extra work-out time. Before, I was either all or nothing, and that didn’t work b/c I’d go for “all” and just give in and give up. Learning to change how I view food has really helped... glad you got to enjoy it. 😊🎈

I love cake. It would help that it was sold as a single serving to be more sure that I'd only eat one piece but still can't spend 700+ on one thing. Thats like 1/2 my calories. 😳 yum though.

I've started getting single servings of cake since it's been so hot and humid. My discipline in the heat is nil. I don't want to cook and will grab anything that's ready to eat. I have to keep ready made treats out of the house until the weather starts behaving again. So fruit is my daily treat for now.
