Whole meal was 358 Calories; 3g Fiber; 13.5g Net Carbs; 16.42g Fat. It was delicious, but I could only eat HALF. Saving the other half for dinner (or lunch tomorrow). I've been wanting a hot dog on a Keto Hot Dog Roll!

The Riced Cauliflower & Sweet Potatoes was DELICIOUS, and I think it even fooled @keyten77 into thinking I was eating some kind of rice or couscous for just a split second! The Steakhouse Green Beans were also delicious! I took pix of the packages and labels, but for some reason, every time I tried to load more than the one picture, it would just spin and spin and not go anywhere.

@Chow moore, it is Green Giant brand, and it is in the FS database. 50 calories in 1/2 cup, 2g Fiber, 9g Net Carbs, 0 Fat. You just microwave it in the bag, then I stirred in about 1 Tbsp. of butter, a little salt and pepper, and so yummy!

Debbie- Have you ever tried the "Fathead Dogs"? It's like a corndog made with the low carb fathead dough. I got the recipe off pinterest. Made me think of it when you mentioned a hotdog on a keto roll lol.

No, @shiny50, I had NOT heard of the Fathead Dogs! I LOVE corn dogs! Only problem is that I love them with ketchup (instead of mustard, like most people). I HAVE made the fathead pizza dough, though, and would love to try to make some at home if I can't find them in the stores. Shopping list: Fathead Dogs!

I absolutely love fresh salmon anyway it is cooked. We lived at the lake in Colorado for 8 years 6 months of the year until my husbands health got poorly. I miss the salmon.
