Yeah, yeah, yeah. So I don't usually log my weight mid-week, but since I went up and then it went down, I'm capturing the moment as an interim victory.

Part II. I had my reservations about the watch, but I'm finding the reminders to stand up and move are actually helpful in my desk job. Also the breathing. Gotta breathe.

I'm waiting for a package to arrive today, I swear every other vehicle going up and down the street is a diesel, so I'm getting extra steps running to check. Thefts are up in the neighborhood, so have to get packages quickly so they don't disappear. Much easier in the summer when I can have all the windows open and hear easily. I need to move, so it's not a bad thing.

Did a great long walk with friends last night. Will go for similar this evening. I love this time of year with the cold, clear nights. I do need to remind myself to drink water or tea at night. I've been hungry lately, and while I've been pretty good, water should be my first choice. Guess I'm going to have to learn a new habit.
